Hi there.
My name is Narbeh, and I am a Product Designer from Los Angeles. I’ve had the great fortune of being a part of teams that inspire me and are working on problems that both excite me and challenge me. Some of these have been startups in their infancy stage, others have been with companies that already have hundreds of employees and millions of customers. The end goal is always the same: do whatever it takes and play whatever role necessary to deliver success. At times this has meant building a team, building process, being a mentor, being a product manager, subbing in as QA tester, or a researcher, or marketing, or a sales person. It has always meant being the one doing the work, leading by example, and learning through experience.

My leadership style is one of humility, empowerment, humor, and transparency. I’ve found that the most challenging part of a startup isn’t the work itself, but the very human aspect of it. It is also the most rewarding part.

The not so serious stuff:

  • I’m a quadruplet.
Collectively, my sisters have 6x Masters Degrees, 1x DDS, 1x PhD, 1x MBA. Dining table discussions were rough on report card day in high school.

  • A sucker for chocolate milk.

  • I’m pretty terrible at kickboxing but working on it.

  • Trying hard to keep plants alive these days.
Ask me about my fiddle leaf.
